Job Description

Typical earnings - £25-30K OTE

• The starting salary depends of previous experience & the client's perception of the level of value they would be able to deliver over the first 6 months

• There is room to grow to 35k+ in the role of Team Manager, as the candidate becomes more independent & successful in delivering higher value services across larger teams


• Managing teams of pan European multi-lingual agents across lead generation, channel management & inside sales services

• 3 years + of proven experience of managing people, either in a call centre or sales environment

• Not looking for job hoppers who move every 1-2 years

Recruitment Process:

1. Screening with Recruitment Consultant

2. Screening with Operations Manager

3. Interview with Operations Manager

4. Attendance to 2 x open days

5. Then final interview

6. If successful, offer!

First 6 months:

• Start as 'Trainee Team Manager'

• 0-3 months = part time calling to learn the role, part time assessments, training and starting to take responsibility for agents & projects

• 3-6 months = full time management but still part of our fast track management programme. Directly under me with close supervision & support

• 6 month mark = review of progress, achievements & value contribution. If successful, full team manager badge awarded
