Job Description

A global media and advertising business is looking for a talented Business Readiness Lead/Business Change Lead to join their ERP transformation team to manage the smooth rollout of a new ERP solution across their EMEA region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic ERP Business Readiness professional that enjoys working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile business transformation programme you will need to have:

MUST BE FRENCH SPEAKER

  • Extensive experience working as a Business Readiness Lead or Business Change Lead within multiple global ERP transformation programmes - experience managing and delivering change, training and communications on multiple, global ERP transformations.
  • Familiarity with ERP finance modules and associated business processes.
  • Strong facilitation and relationship building skills with the ability to interact and work with senior stakeholders to deliver change.
  • The ability to turn complex process and solution design documentation into simple and easy to digest business communications.
  • Excellent managerial and communications skills.
  • Experience of working in the professional services industry and experience within a media or technology or retail environment.
  • Experience in using, refining and applying change management methodologies.
  • Experience identifying and implementing business change across the programme life cycle.
  • As you will be overseeing multiple stakeholders and implementations across the French market primarily it is essential to speak French for this role.

MUST BE FRENCH SPEAKER

A little more information about the role - you will be:

  • Responsible for all areas of Business Readiness within the EMEA target markets to drive the adoption of the ERP solution; including training, implementation of change impacts, super user networks and communication activities.
  • Ensuring that any required business, process, reporting or organisational changes are properly identified, managed and implemented according to the agreed programme methodology, including those associated with ancillary system and interdependencies with parallel work streams and projects.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all Business Readiness related activities for the in scope markets throughout the project life cycle.
