Managing business education partnerships in Yorkshire based in Pudsey with regular travel (Permanent)

Through our Education work, we seek to prevent social background predicting a young person's success in school and beyond, enabling businesses and schools to support all young people so they leave school able to lead successful working lives. We are recruiting an experienced Manager to undertake the development and delivery of our work in Yorkshire, including Business Class, our flagship education programme. Working with key partners from business, education and like-minded organisations, this is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to have a big impact.
You will have a passion for and knowledge of CSR issues, particularly those relating to education and skills, and the role of business in addressing these. Full of energy, drive and a can-do attitude, you will have a proven track record in business development and relationship management. You will be able to spot opportunities, make connections easily and have experience of engaging businesses in mutually beneficial relationships to drive social impact.
Able to adapt to new situations and relate to senior stakeholders in an ever-changing environment, you will be a natural problem solver and intuitive in approach. As the role demands regular travel, having your own car is also essential.
