Job title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: London

Duration: 6 months

An industry leading banking company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work out of their London offices. The ideal Recruitment Coordinator will perform administration tasks on a daily basis, enabling and supporting in order to provide a high value first class support service.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide an administration support to the recruitment manager

- Arrange and request interviews

- Reporting and tracking of candidates within the recruitment process

- Input and maintain data on excel spread sheets

- Organise inductions, hiring managers diaries and booking of meeting rooms

- On boarding of all new hires and off boarding of leavers

- Organise calendar invites and send out correspondence

- Relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates

A successful candidate for our Recruitment Administrator vacancy will be:

- An excellent communicator both in person and on the phone

- Comfortable providing administrative support to the team

- Hardworking and reliable team player
