Salary: Up to 75,000 Euros, plus accommodation and relocation expenses

SERVICE DIRECTOR - high end catering and associated equipment

Excellent career opportunity for an experienced Service Director to look after an existing and highly successful commercial ware washing manufactures' products across the Indian sub continent.

The successful Service Director will have full responsibility for the management of all after sales and service activities across all Winterhalter products and for developing strategies to increase penetration of sales of annual maintenance contracts - including the sales of spares and chemicals products - across the Indian sub-continent

This is a ground floor opportunity within the dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality sector across the India sub-continent.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• This is an expansion role involving working closely with the Managing Director to successfully further develop, implement and improve Winterhalter India's Sales After Installation (SAI) strategy pan-India
• Through use of his/her after sales service and service systems knowledge the successful candidate will develop an already profitable and quickly improving SAI Department up to the most modern, efficient and effective SAI/Service Organization within this sector in India
• The candidate should be able to adapt to the Winterhalter SAI business model in India and is required to train and empower the SAI staff in order to further develop and increase the SAI business, revenue and profitability throughout the Indian sub-continent

REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate should have at least 5 years experience managing a successful service team which includes sales of technical products and services and should be well organised and methodical in his/her approach
• Our client requires that the successful candidate will be an excellent team leader with a high level of commitment as well as competent systems knowledge
• You should be a strategic thinker who is adaptable and possess good and effective communication skills
• Command of the Indian languages and dialects would be an advantage although not essential

REMUNERATION PACKAGE (payable in Euros):

• Salary is €75,000 (basic €65.000 + OTE bonus €10.000) plus accommodation allowance of €800 per month plus relocation expenses of €3000
• Holidays are 30 days per annum based on a 6 days working week
• Notice period is 6 full calendar months and 6 month probation period

CONTRACT PERIOD:

Two years minimum.
